The Fool in Tarot is also known as Zero Tarot

Yvette you can type your thoughts here ...

best regards, Ron

From Wikipedia:

The Fool is the spirit in search of experience. He represents the mystical cleverness bereft of reason within us, the childlike ability to tune into the inner workings of the world. The sun shining behind him represents the divine nature of the Fool's wisdom. On his back are all the possesions he might need. In his hand there is a flower, showing his appreciation of beauty. He is frequently accompanied by a dog, sometimes seen as his animal desires, sometimes as the call of the "real world", nipping at his heels and distracting him. He is seemingly unconcerned that he is about to walk off the edge of a cliff, engaged in the supremest act of idiocy or trust.

The number 0 is a perfect significator for the Fool, which can become anything when he reaches his destination.

The number 0 is a perfect significator for the Fool, which can become anything when he reaches his destination. Zero plus anything equals the same thing. Zero times anything equals zero.[1]

Yvette_Dubel:I think this caught my attention because recent lessons have led me to question whether it is insane or the supreme act of faith (in the best of humanity) to develop these projects (referring specifically to the recent insight with Hotel Infinity) Hotel_Infinity. Conventional wisdom has been that these things take place in closed groups behind closed doors to protect the value of intellectual property rights

However, more than ever I can see how openness creates a self regulating system. The way that one seeks to get ahead will stand to separate those with solid foundations (integrity, trust, truth, genuine creativity defined by quality of attention and intention...) from those who seek to operate in the framework of scarcity.

In light of this I think people need to see what the people behind hotelinfinity.net/hotelinfinity.com have done AND to keep an eye out for what we do. In SoulFood terms they have tossed a bit of vinegar (Modena is known for their production of balsamic vinegar) into the mix. Most of all this calls people to question the kind of businesses they want/intend to support, build or collaborate with.

This reminds me of the first time I went to my Mother in tears with an experience such as this, my Mom read me a passage from her Bible. Psalm 37...this later came to me as a gift, a wall hanging:

1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4 Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Now that the emotional hurt has passed I see there is a huge opportunity to develop new models not based on the framework of scarcity. This is the liberation that The Fool card in Tarot reminds me of.

Again quoting Wikipedia:

Although it cannot be seen in all modern cards, The Fool is often shown walking off a cliff. This raises the question "Is The Fool making a mistake, or is The Fool making a leap of faith?"

Gandhi once said, "If you would swim on the bosom of the ocean of Truth, you must reduce yourself to a zero." The Fool can be seen as that Zero who can swim in the deeper waters of truth.

Another issue surrounding The Fool is his definition. Who is calling him The Fool?

The archetypal potency of the Fool as zero embodies the enhanced potential and summation of all Major and Minor Arcana: as is denoted by 'fool', the near English homonym of 'full'. The Fool is the period, the pregnant pause.

I generate ideas as easily as I breathe, so any attempt to "steal" an idea is actually ridiculous because I have an endless supply of them....the one thing they can never be is scarce. The intention within my attention is what makes my ideas unique and so because of this, no one else can really know them.... they can only glimpse the most superficial aspects and that is not where the magic is.

I can see how this has all led me to understand more fully the idea I had when you (Ron) asked me to help you build your business. I feel I really see/feel/understand how this new model or models for attention products will take shape and operate!
