In some cases with specific kinds of art, such as a painting. There the deal is when someone wants to take the Art home, in Business someone wants to take a Business:Product home...the deals are the terms of the exchange.

Another view is where the Deal is based on an experience or service that meets a need, therefore creating a product for delivery. The deal in that case pays for what is shared, even when it is intangible and can only be carried away in memories. This is true even when momentos, such as part of an Installation or a gift from an event, are the "touch stones" of those memories carried around inside you.

The deal includes agreements on value, creation, transporting, showcasing, making a sale...are all processes in the deal whether art or business.
